We have a strict QC mechanism in place. Therefore whenever an order is placed, our QC ensures that the quality is at par with the industry parameters and norms of acceptability.
We provide Certifications, Test reports, Quality reports for fabrics of your interest upon request, post swatch or sampling stages.
Refund/Returns
If your ordered fabric has a quality issue or not as per your expectation, you can return the fabric within 2 days of delivery. You can either opt for amount refund or go with alternate fabrics of your choice.
If your ordered fabric is found out of stock with the supplier, alternate options of most similar looking fabrics will be proposed in a day, you can decide whether to take similar alternates or opt for refund.
If dispatch has not happened according to the dispatch timelines, you can raise an escalation and request for the amount refund if you are not satisfied with the service.

Lead time for delivery of your interested fabrics:

In stock: 2-3 days after the payment is received online
Out of stock: You can ask for making a Desk loom. It will take 7-10 days after the payment is received online. Please call at 9043404233 for setting up desk loom.
Sampling - 7-10 days if it is in stock else 30-40 days to make it just for you
Production order (bulk)- 30 to 60 days depending on the bulk quantity

Color might slightly vary from the actual fabric since different display screens have different color intensity.
International Orders:
All of the Fabric Monde orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.
Delivery charges for bulk orders more than Rs 30,000 will be charged separately to the customer depending on the weight of the ordered quantities.
