REFUND POLICY TO ONLINE ORDERS
• What can I return?
If your ordered fabric has a quality issue or not as per the website details, you can return the fabric within 2 days of delivery. You can either opt for amount refund or go with alternate fabrics of your choice.
• What if the item is out of stock?
If your ordered fabric is found out of stock with the supplier, alternative options of most similar looking fabrics will be proposed in 1 day, you can decide whether to take similar alternates or opt for refund. Alternative fabric will be delivered and prices will be adjusted accordingly. If opted for refund, it will be refunded within 1 day from confirming about refund.
• What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If dispatch has not happened according to the dispatch timelines or if you are not satisfied with the service, you can raise an escalation at email@example.com or at 9043404233.
